At ArohaMist, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as received.
  • It must include all original tags, packaging, and labels.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, or any intimate apparel unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of wear or wash.

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Ship Your Item: Please securely pack the item(s) with the RA number clearly visible on the package. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

  • You will be refunded the full price of the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
