1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the ArohaMist website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ArohaMist. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

All purchases are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArohaMist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products sold shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Sale items and final clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
