Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

ArohaMist currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will be able to see the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Time & Costs

Standard Shipping typically takes 10-20 business days for delivery after the order has been processed. This is an estimate, and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures and local postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. There is currently no free shipping promotion. The exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. ArohaMist is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ArohaMist has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pay customs charges), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return fees we incur.
