Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer international shipping to numerous countries. At checkout, you can enter your address to see if we deliver to your location and to view the available shipping options and costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Typically, delivery takes 7-15 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear, or bodysuits unless faulty.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size?

We provide detailed size charts for each product category (T-Shirts & Tops, Dresses, Two-Piece Sets). Please refer to the specific chart on the product page and measure yourself for the best fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Are the colors of the products accurate in the photos?

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, monitor settings and lighting conditions can cause slight variations in color perception. If you have specific concerns about a product's color, please contact us before purchasing.

How should I care for my ArohaMist garments?

Care instructions are listed on the label of each garment. We generally recommend washing similar colors together in cold water, using a gentle cycle, and laying flat to dry to maintain the shape and quality of your items.
